Ingredients:
1 pint low-fat sugar-free chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon decorator sprinkles (optional)
1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except decorator sprinkles in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 small glasses. Add decorator sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.
