Angel Food Cake with Blueberry Yogurt Sauce


Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Purchased small round angel food cake
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:
Allow blueberries to thaw slightly. Cut angel food cake into 12 slices. Stir together yogurt, sugar and lemon juice in small bowl. To serve, spoon yogurt mixture and blueberries evenly over cake slices.
